Elderly Care Platform

Closing the loop between wearables, in-home sensors, emergency call buttons, community workers and family members, so that anything unusual gets a response within minutes.

A home-care platform built for the district civil affairs authority of a city in East China and its subdistricts. Community workers previously covered elderly residents living alone through phone calls and home visits; a fall or a long spell of inactivity was often only noticed by a neighbour or relative. The hard part was never the hardware but who answers the alert: mixed device brands, false alarms that erode trust, missed alarms that become liabilities, and families who want visibility without open access to health data.

Highlights

  • A unified device layer abstracts wristbands, fall detection, door sensors, utility-usage sensors and call buttons; a new brand needs only one adapter.
  • A rules engine with behavioural baselines judges on multiple signals, so no single signal raises an alert on its own; invalid alerts fell by around 60% after launch.
  • A mobile app for community workers queues alerts by priority with one-tap calling, visit check-in, photos and case notes, all logged; overdue alerts escalate automatically to the duty officer under a measurable SLA.
  • A WeChat mini-program shows families a masked health summary and care records with urgent alerts pushed in real time; service records moved online and export monthly for subsidy accounting and performance review.

Airport Asset Inspection System

A phased modernisation of a long-running airport facilities and asset maintenance system: better performance and a better user experience, without interrupting daily inspections and repairs. The mobile app has been rebuilt and is live; the web application is being migrated module by module.

The client is the facilities maintenance department of an international airport group. Its existing system covers equipment and location master data, inspection checklists, preventive and corrective maintenance, toolbox-meeting job assignment, ad-hoc inspections, operations reporting and incident reporting, used daily by airport staff, contractors and field technicians. Years of change had left it slow, dated and awkward on mobile. The constraints: no downtime, no business rule lost, and a markedly better experience on weak connections in the field.

Highlights

  • Map first, then build: a full code and business analysis produced 10 domains, more than 30 business rules and every key workflow as an agreed rebuild baseline.
  • The mobile app was rewritten in Flutter and is live: job assignment, work-order execution, checklist capture with threshold validation, ad-hoc inspection evidence, QR lookup and push notifications, tuned for weak connections.
  • Performance work on high-traffic endpoints, asynchronous reports and bulk imports, and caching of the location tree and equipment catalogue cut peak-time list and report loading by around 50%.
  • The web application is being replaced module by module, with old and new running side by side on the same data and permissions; the data model, approval chains, verification sign-off and audit trail are all preserved while screens are redesigned around technicians and managers.

Enterprise E-signature System

A compliant e-seal and approval-workflow engine integrated with OA, HR and contract systems, turning internal sealing from a walk between floors into a few taps on a phone.

An internal e-signature system for a group company in the Yangtze River Delta and its subsidiaries across several cities. Sealing used to be entirely offline: paper request forms signed level by level, stamped by administration, contracts posted to headquarters and back over a week, seal ledgers kept by hand. The system had to carry legal effect under China's Electronic Signature Law, support the group's tiered authorisation, and integrate with the existing OA, HR and contract systems.

Highlights

  • Digital certificates from a third-party CA combined with trusted timestamps give every document a complete evidence chain of signer identity, time and document digest, available on demand to legal and audit.
  • A visual workflow engine lets administrators configure approval paths and sealing rights by document type, amount band and company, with parallel, joint, added and conditional approvals, without code changes.
  • Single sign-on with OA, organisation sync with HR and two-way integration with the contract system: contracts start where they always did, and signed files and evidence packs are written back automatically.
  • Full seal lifecycle management and mobile approval: creation, authorisation, freezing and revocation are all logged, and executives approve in bulk on their phones after identity verification.
