Careers

Build software with people
who care how it lands.

We hire engineers, QA specialists and delivery project managers in Shanghai, Hangzhou and remotely within China, working side by side with client product teams. Not back-office support, but part of the team.

01 — Life at Tensorplume

You will write code that people actually use.

The usual problem with outsourcing firms is that people get treated as billable hours. We do it the other way round: clear career levels, a named mentor, and shared credit for what ships.

Real product teams

You build features that our clients' end users touch every day, not internal tooling, and you genuinely own the code you write.

Senior mentorship

Every team is anchored by a senior engineer, and every engineer has a named technical lead for one-to-one guidance.

Clear levels and pay bands

A published career ladder from Engineer I to Staff, reviewed twice a year, with salary bands shared up front.

Flexible hybrid working

Most roles are hybrid in Shanghai or Hangzhou; selected delivery roles can be worked remotely within China.
